The Jersey Knights Soccer Club is offering free soccer training with the hope of forming competitive teams for Spring, 2026. Groups eligible for training include:

• 6:00-7:00PM - 2017, 2016, 2015 & 2014 (GIRLS) - Mondays 1/5, 1/12, 1/19 & 1/26
• 7:15-8:30PM - 2010, 2009 & 2008 (GIRLS) - Mondays 1/5, 1/12, 1/19 & 1/26
• 6:00-7:00PM - 2014, 2013, 2012 & 2011 (GIRLS) - Thursdays 1/8, 1/15, 1/22 & 1/29

Sessions will be supervised by Jersey Knights Coaches. Our hope is that we can expose players to our staff of professional coaches and the Jersey Knights training system to create enough interest to form competitive teams for the Spring 2026 season. Training will include an emphasis on technical skills and basic tactics for players in a fun and productive training environment. 

Sessions are free. The program will run for 4 weeks.  Depending on interest we could continue the program longer.

All sessions will take place at St. Teresa's Gym. St. Teresa's is easily accessible from Route 1 North or South using the Woodbridge Avenue Exit in Edison.
