The Jersey Knights Speed Training Program will focus on many of the fundamental and current trends in athletic performance training to improve Speed, Quickness, Coordination, and Agility, The Program designed by the Jersey Knights is supervised by Knight Staff Member, Gus Ballos. Gus has coached and trained for the Club but his expertise is in running and running technique. He is an avid runner with a number of marathons under his belt. Most recently New York City and Athens, Greece
The Speed Program is designed to enhance soccer players specific speed, agility, and quickness as well as enhance their overall soccer mobility.
Sessions will focus on introducing players to many of fundamental running mechanics and techniques to improve; Speed, Quickness, Coordination, and Agility, These sessions will be open to all ages and abilities. Enrollment is limited to 20 players.
