Fur-Ever Le Scholarship Application

The Fur-Ever Le Memorial Scholarship is an annual $500.00 scholarship awarded to a Jersey Knight college bound, female member of the Soccer Club who intends to continue her soccer career while completing her academic pursuits.

Applicants for this award must demonstrate soccer and academic accomplishments as well as commitment to their team and the Jersey Knights Soccer Club. In addition, the recipient must demonstrate a strong level of volunteerism in club, school or community programs or activities.

Along with this form applicants must submit an essay describing academic and soccer accomplishments in high school and club as well as their volunteerism in club, school and community programs. Essays are limited to 500 words and should be submitted electronically to the Selection committee at: playsoccer@jerseyknights.com . Applications must be submitted no later than May 30th.
