Steve MacKenzie - Soccer Director, Coach/Trainer  U20M Knights, U14B Black Knights
 
Steve is entering his 19th year as a Jersey Knight.  He is a member of the Jersey Knights Board of Directors.  In addition to his coaching and training his Board responsibilities include serving as a Soccer Director for the men’s program. He is an educator in the Monroe Township School system and is entering his 19th season as the Head Men’s Varsity Soccer Coach.  Steve has amassed over 250 wins while winning 4 conference tournament championships, a sectional championship, and an appearance in the Group IV state final in 2012.  He is a 3 time Conference Coach of the Year, as well as a 3 time Central Jersey Sectional Coach of the year.  In 2014, Steve was name NJ State Coach of the Year and was nominated for National Coach of the Year.
 

Steve has extensive camp and club experience at all levels of youth soccer.  He has guided many of our teams to the top of the state rankings and most recently led our U-20M team to the Super-20’s national championships in 2015.  He is also a lead trainer at the Knights Summer Academy.  Steve is  entering year 13 as founder and director of the Future Falcons Soccer Camp in Monroe Township.  Steve supervises the Knights Ball Skills and Finishing Clinics.  As a graduate of the University of New Haven, Steve was a four year scholarship athlete, He has received an Advanced National License from the NSCAA and is also licensed by the USSF.
