Specialized training program for younger players ages 7-9. The program, for both boys and girls, revolves around a 5 v 5 model with the emphasis on playing and developing skills without any pressure on winning games - just having fun, enjoying the game and developing a solid skill set that will lead to success on the field.
JK Elite Groups train every Friday throughout the year with one of our trainers. Fridays are chosen as to not conflict with any other rec or town club commitments. In addition, we hope to send these players to a few 5 v 5 festivals that are held locally during the spring months.
Training takes place during the Winter and Spring months. Spring Sessions are held at the Jersey Knight Complex during April through June and during the Winter months of January, February and March training takes place at our winter indoor site. All practice schedule information is available on the club website. Our coaching staff will handle all training. This is a wonderful training opportunity for young developing players to work with the Jersey Knights professional training staff. This past year our JK Elite players demonstrated excellent growth with technical skills and game understanding. Many players have successfully moved on to local travel teams for this coming season.

Ball Skills enhances a player's confidence and passion for soccer by improving their technical foundation. Ball Skill Training offer's a fun and challenging learning environment for all players looking to improve their footwork and improve their tactical understanding and decision-making.
Speed Training will focus on many of the fundamental and current trends in athletic performance training to improve Speed, Quickness, Coordination, and Agility. The program is designed to enhance soccer player's specific speed, agility, and quickness as well as enhance their overall soccer mobility. Sessions will focus on introducing players to many of fundamental running mechanics and techniques to improve; Speed, Quickness, Coordination, and Agility.
