      <title>Mystic U18G Win US Club State Championship!</title>

        <![CDATA[<p>Congratulations to the U18G Mystic. The Mystic won the US Club sponsored New Jersey Cup this past weekend. The girls won a thriller defeating US Parma in a shootout to win the New Jersey Championship! The Mystic run through the tournament included wins against Toms River, South Jersey Barons, and the Freehold Shooting Stars. The team is trained and coached by long-time Knights coach, Mike Kizoulis. The team is managed by Kathy Collins. Great Job Mystic!</p>]]>

      <title>U1B Fire - Ultimate Kickoff Champs!</title>

        <![CDATA[<p style="margin: 1em 0in" class="articleboxpfirst"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial"><span book="">Congratulations to the U15 Fire for their 1st place finish at the Ultimate Spring Kickoff Cup Tournament. The U15 Fire began the tournament with a 2-0 victory over the </span><span book="">Long Island FC Colts</span><span book="">. Strong goalkeeping by <span style="line-height: 115%">Bryce Horn </span>put the team in the tournament finals by allowing only one goal in three games of bracket play. </span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial"><span book="">Goaltending and a solid defensive back line of <span style="line-height: 115%">Hunter Merrick, </span>Brandon Goldy, <span style="line-height: 115%">Navan Shah, </span>and Justin Thompson attributed to two shutouts in four games with only two goals allowed in the entire tournament. Offensively Omar Garcia, <span style="line-height: 115%">Joe Battaglia, </span>and <span style="line-height: 115%">Ben Lazarus</span> contributed pressure and scoring. The Fire took the champion ship beating Valeo FC (MA) in a sudden victory penalty shoot-out. Matt Bumpstead slid home the 9th and winning shot for the title. The Fire is coached by Joseph Migacz and managed by Phil Bafuto. </span></span></span></p>]]>

The U16B Wizards&nbsp;began the tournament with a&nbsp; 2-0&nbsp;victory over the Ironbound Mustangs.&nbsp; Strong goalkeeping by Tyler Utheim &nbsp;put the team in the tournament finals with the stoppage of 2 penalty shots.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial">Goaltending and a solid defensive back line of Corbisiero, Forden, Lucas, Martinez, Sullivan and Vidal attributed to 3 shutouts in 5 games with only 2 goals allowed.&nbsp;Offensively Adao, Aguilar, Fawzy, Goggins, Landis, Szlachta, and Vastardis contributed pressure and scoring. The Wizards are coached by Knight&rsquo;s Training&nbsp;director, Pedro Lopes and&nbsp;managed by Mike Forden.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></p>]]>

      <title>U14G  Daggers Support DeFeet Breast Cancer 5K Run!</title>

        <![CDATA[<p>The Jersey Knights Daggers U14 girls team supported the Mama Mare Breast Cancer Foundation by partcipating in a 5k Run this past weekend. Julia Previte of the Daggers finished 2nd in her age group!</p><p style="padding-bottom: 0pt" class="paragraph_style_3">The Mission of the Mama Mare Foundation is to provide support services to breast cancer patients and their families, and raise funds for biomedical research being conducted in search for a cure. By doing so, we will carry on the legacy of <span class="style_2">Mary Ellen Pernice</span>, a.k.a &ldquo;Mama Mare&rdquo;, who dedicated her life to helping others.</p><p style="padding-bottom: 0pt" class="paragraph_style_3">Great Job Daggers!</p>]]>

      <title>Knights Attend Nike Elite Mobile Tour</title>

        <![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="left"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Courier New">The components of the program include an in-game performance assessment that tracks player through a 7 v 7 match format. Players also take part in SPARQ Training. SPARQ Training assesses a players athleticism through a series of soccer related drills. In addition, all players participate in a series of technical drills that evaluates a players technical level.</span></span></p><p align="left"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Courier New">Teams participating in the program included the U13B Galacticos, the U16B Wizards and the U17G Cavalry.       <title>JK Cavalry U17G Win Both games At Monmouth University!</title>

        <![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial">&nbsp;Karen Spehalski led the way with 2 goals while Taylor Packwood scored once. Jackie Nunes passed for 3 assists. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial">In the second game the Cavalry played the Woodstown Eclipse U18 girls.&nbsp;Once again following&nbsp;a slow start the girls&nbsp;turned it on in the second half . &nbsp;Trailing at the half&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-0 the Cavalry scored 3x in the second half to defeat Woodstown 3-2. Taylor Packwood scored all 3 goals for the Cavalry. Kayla Evans provided 2 assists. This was a successful start for&nbsp;a team with high expectations for the upcoming season. Great work ladies! The Cavalry is trained and Coached by Mike Knoth and Megan Knoth. The team is managed by Joe Evans.</span></span></p>]]>
